This must be a coincidence but I had a very crackly line (17070 options 2). I ran the automated plusnet trooubleshooter and the noise appears to have gone. Is this possible? Surely more likely a coincidence? Impressed if it has fixed it.
The troubleshooter doesn't fix faults directly but it may be the case that all that was needed was to make a call to clear the issues as can sometimes be the case.
