No caller ID

3 weeks into a new contract and still no Caller ID activation Cry


Could a kindly passing community helper please give whoever deals with things like this a swift kick up the backside and get things moving?

Hi there, I'm really sorry that your caller ID hasn't been working, it looks like our automation failed to handle that correctly so I've placed a manual order to activate that within the next couple of hours for you and no one needed a shoeing of any kind! Do give me a shout again if there's any further issues and I'll get back on the case for you.
