New phone line installation

Should've had an engineer come round today between 8-13 to install the much expected phone line. Took half a day off and spent 5 hours waiting for him but he didn't show up.
Having read a few other topics before posting this I realised that's probably not your fault since BT is responsible for solving this issue.
Nonetheless, I do expect this problem to be solved quickly rather than having to wait another 3 weeks for hopefully a more visible engineer and of course I shouldn't have to pay £50 again for someone's incompetence.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience, it seems your line is now working. I have sent you an email explaining the situation and we will investigate this further on Monday.
