New number allocated

Hello there, I've helped my Aunt transfer to PlusNet phone and broadband last night. I've an email this morning that says she will get a new number....how do I get for her to keep her existing one? Best regards.

That has to be set up when you sign up. It is not always possible unless the number was originally issued by BT.

Unless a Plusnet staffer comes along you need to ring in. In all likelihood the existing order will have to be cancelled and the process started again from scratch.
