Nearly two weeks

We were supposed to be switched on 4/2, but the self install didn't work and we have no dial tone at all.
Since then I've called and chatted with customer service several times, BT turned up on Friday, were supposed to come on Saturday to fix the fault, never to be seen again...
Plusnet don't seem to be doing anything, tickets are put on hold and then not updated, and even the complaint I made with a team leader has not been followed up as was promised.
What can I do to get this resolved?
