It looks as though most of the calls that were incorrectly charged for recently have been credited back.
However, on my mother in law's account, there is a call that lasted for over an hour but has still been charged for the full duration and not just the "extra bit" over 60 mins.

Yes, the problem is currently in the clean-up phase. Have a look at the service status here.

I was just a bit worried that these calls (ones of over an hour in duration) may have been missed as all the other inclusive calls (of less than an hour) on the account are now showing correctly as £0.00.

I am a heritage customer and still no change, no updates to call, no charges removed and I was the first person to report it

Still no calls showing up after the 27th - what is the time-scale for the data to be updated

Our suppliers rolled the fix last night and we are now able to connect to the servers in order to download the necessary call information.
