I assume those who don't currently have LRS are shown a link to get it; this used to be a "Get Line Rental Saver" linked image on the right hand side of the
Phone Calls control panel. At one time that remained visible (with the same text) even if one already had it but in the latter case clicking the link showed the expiry date message.
Perhaps inviting users to get LRS when they already had it generated confusion and calls to CS. I don't know if that is the case, but eventually the link image disappeared if one had LRS. Replacing the "Get it" image with a similar one annotated "Check Line Rental Saver status" would, in my opinion, have been useful.
As far as I'm aware there is now no status-access link anywhere in the Member Centre for those who already have it. However the link is provided in a renewal reminder email sent 3 months before expiry.
