Hi, I have a billing issue regarding my previous supplier still billing me for calls even though I transferred to PlusNet in mid-August.
I phoned PlusNet on Friday about this, and a reply came to me via ticket 75652610.  I replied to this on Friday afternoon, but nobody has come back to me !

I'm afraid we have no influence whatsoever over the billing of any other company, you'd need to take it up with them. We could get you the ordering information and confirm the date the transfer took place for you though, which should help you in your discussions with them? The order completed on 13/08/13 at 01:34:00.
