Hi, I have a billing issue regarding my previous supplier still billing me for calls even though I transferred to PlusNet in mid-August. I phoned PlusNet on Friday about this, and a reply came to me via ticket 75652610. I replied to this on Friday afternoon, but nobody has come back to me !
