a short update - after last post line speed went up to circa 60mbps d/l t
( only after yet another engineer visited and changed the master socket a two port version and requested the office to reset the port at exchange) line speed went up to circa 60 Mbps circa 17-18 upload.
However Plusnet identified yet another line issue ( at the cabinet this time apparently ) and Node's changed ?
In total believe I have had 7/8 engineer visits since mid August no wonder BT/OR experiencing delays
not been able to test the line / BB yet but will do that this weekend hopefully i will be up close to the 80/20 service i'm paying for.
