Land line problems

I had a land line problem of which was reported repair complete, after a day using the phone found out that the engineer had muddled up my phone number with someone else, they have my number I have there's I now have been informed that they accessed my voice mail what is the procedure for a complaint

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

@jeffmckinlay I don't think you need to complain - these things occasionally happen. Just ring in and explain that the engineer cross-connected you in error.
