If change call package to "Line Only" ....... what features included??

I have contract for broadband and phone, with Anytime calls package.  If I change calls package to "Line only", are the features 1471, 1571 & caller display still included at no cost?

Changing your call plan doesn’t affect the call features we offer so yup you’d still be able to get 1471, 1571 and caller display at no extra cost.

Am I missing something - PN don't do phone only packages anymore.

The OP is only talking about amending the call package and will still have broadband and phone just no call package.
