How much for calls?

I've been transferred from Plusnet to EE. I have FTTC. Since my landline is now discontinued my home phone is now plugged into the EE router. I have been trying to find out what sort of phone call package I've been moved onto without success. Does anyone who has been moved know? The EE site is impenetrableas most searches bring up their mobile phone charges. If EE call chrges are different to the Plusnet call charges which will apply?

Check your EE Online account to see what call package you have.

My Broadband package is  Fibre 67 Core, but I can't find out what it includes, and anyway if I've been moved from Plusnet then maybe the Plusnet charges apply until the end of my Plusnet contract.

Thanks, but will I pay the EE rate shown, or the Plusnet rate until my PN contract ends?

When you find the answer to that do please let us know.

My assumption, as this is a monthly contract is that it would apply immediately.

Note that although the minute call charge is more than Plusnet's, there is no set up fee.

In the Q&A's from Plusnet, they say that when moved to EE, you will be on the same or better phone package and therefore pay the same or less than before.

As geriatrix hasn't got back to this thread yet, I hope he doesn't mind me sharing this, but he did find his call package a couple of days ago after a prompt from me on the EE forums. Like me, he is on the unlimited UK calls package...
