Home phone won't receive calls

Recently moved house and setup our phone and broadband through Plusnet as we were existing customers. Broadband works fine with no issues, but we can't receive calls on the landline. It rings once than hangs up, I believe this is known as a 'ring trip'. Phone will make calls no problem so I don't think it's a line issue, but I can't work out what the problem is.

I'm sorry you are having an issue with landline service and for the hassle this is causing.
