My home telephone line is essential for health reasons. It has not been working for 2 days now. I need to both phone out to and receive calls from hospitals, surgeries and pharmacies at all times of the day regularly. I often need to call the emergency services for my profoundly handicapped and very sick daughter. There is no response to my reporting of the breakdown on the website. Why not? I do NOT want to ask a question I want the problem fixed.
