Fault logged with BT?

Hello,

Could someone at plusnet please check if a fault has been raised with BT for my phone fault?

I was told I would received a text but the text has not yet arrived.

Hi there, I'm really sorry you didn't get a text, I'll pass on some feedback as I can see that wasn't done. Yes, the fault was reported to Openreach on Sunday evening and looks to be resolved now. 

Could you check and confirm if the line is working OK for you now please?
