Enabling the (costless) version of voicemail seems to have disabled the 'call protect' feature

Dear all

I used the Plusnet website to add the free version of voicemail. I received an email saying that the 'call protect' feature has been disabled. Why has it been disabled? I could find nothing on the website about that.

Also - in case any Plusnet employee, or someone who can communicate with Plusnet, is reading this - it irritates and obstructs that feature removal automated emails say that one can use the website's 'Help Assistant' when, it turns out, that feature no long exists. I should not have to point out that if a service is removed then invitations to use the feature should be removed as well.

Re: Enabling the (costless) version of voicemail seems to have disabled the 'call protect' feature

Update: now the Plusnet website shows the following message.

Unable to change service

So I suppose that I will have to get on the phone. (Also, the quote button, in this forum, seems not to quote the text one has selected but instead to insert, as a quote, the message to which one replies.)
