I have been charged £2.23 for a phone call made by my wife last month that lasted nearly one hour and ten minutes [!]. What is the duration boundary line on Anytime Phone before incurring a charge? Is it one hour?

Indeed the first 60 minutes are included with your package, after that time period standard charges would apply
I believe at 61 minutes a 34.09p call setup fee would charged, then it is up to 22.23p per minute depending on when you signed up.

It would appear that no call setup fee was charged, but that 22.23p a minute after one hour was charged. I signed up in 2007.
Thanks for your help.
