Despite receiving apologetic emails stating that communication would cease, PLUSNET continue to bombard me with bills and demands for payment on my deceased mother's account which was settled and closed in August. The most recent demand arrived just this morning (12th November). Your compassion, understanding and customer care is disgraceful. Please contact me and let's sort this out once and for all before I submit all of the evidence to the media.
