Hi, I've seen that other people can't deactivate the 1571 voicemail option on their home phone and are having trouble contacting customer services who apparently need to switch this function off as the deactivate option on the control panel keeps switching itself back on again.
Is there anyone here that can do this for me? I see that Mathew Wheeler has been able to help other people before but I can't contact him directly.
