Changing provider...problems

I am currently moving from TT to Plusnet. Everything goin smoothly from Plusnets point of view.
TT are being a pain. One of the main reasons for moving was I was over charged for international calls that took me over my call limit, now they are restricting my line to incoming calls only. They will refund the difference but not on this bill hence the bar on the phone. After alot of persuading and promising me the world I told em to go away im still swapping. And to send me the final bill minus what they owe. Oh and they said they wouldnt put bar on if I stayed with them!!!
The question is will it stop the phone and broadband being transferred next week 2nd/3rd Dec? Technically its still a working line as I will be able to call out.
The sooner im rid of them the better!!!!!!!

TT...are murder...it took me about 4 months to transfer from them, they try and make it so hard you give up and stick with them...have they told you they own plusnet yet?...thats another 'gem'
Be patient mate...plusnet will do their best and are worth the wait.
