I got an email reminding me that my value line rental is due to expire soon, and giving a link to renew it. When I do that, and log in, it says that it isn't available on my call package. I don't understand this because I haven't changed anything. It's the same package I've had for over two years and I've always had value line rental. Does anyone know why it's saying this and what I could do? It's the free evening/weekend calls package.
Sorry to hear you're unable to renew your line rental saver online. We'll be able to get round that over the phone. I'd recommend giving us a quick call on 0800 013 2632 [Selecting Option 1, then Option 2].
