Caller display

Hi,
The caller display has not worked since changing to plusnet, I have checked the phone elsewhere and it is compatable with caller display and my account says I do have this facility.
Having seen other posts on the forum I have tried to call *#234# and it says this service is unavailable. How can this be resolved?

Hi @reesinternet,

I'm sorry to hear that this hasn't been working. I've had a look at the account and I can see that the component hasn't been fully activated on the back end of the system. I've made a change that should activate this within the next 24 hours. Please let us know if there are any issues following this and we'll be happy to review the case further.
