Since moving house (same phone handset) my caller ID isn't working.
As per other posts I dialled #234# and the message said the service was not activated (I checked it's active in my control panel) so it looks like it may not be activated on the Plusnet end.
Would a Plusnet team member be able to look into this for me please?

It looks like though active on the account, the service wasn't live on the back end system and so have now placed an order to add this for you. Please just allow up to 24 hours for this to complete.
