Caller ID not working

hello, I've recently moved house and been reconnected to phone and broadband. I have Caller ID as part of my package but it isn't working. I have the same handsets as I had at my previous address which displayed the caller ID correctly.

I can't find the page on the website where I can send the fault ticket thing to get the problem raised with Plusnet, would it be possible for a member of Plusnet staff to pick up the fault from this post, please?

That's because there hasn't been one for several years now, other than for a few esoteric subjects.

The call centre is struggling to cope, so your best bet is to hope one of the forum help team see your post.  🤞
