Caller ID not working since switching

Usual problem following switch that Caller ID is not available. I've dialled #234# says the service is unavailable.

 

Now just need plusnet colleague to apply the fix for this to my account

Have you tried setting (or checking) this in the user portal under Phone / Call Features?

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Fix

Hi @Cmerr, checking over your account the phone order hasn't fully completed on our side so I'm just getting this pushed through for you to check what status Caller Display is in. I'll be back in touch once this has been done.
