Caller Display Not Working

The  Caller Display on my home phone has stopped working, not sure exactly when as I don't get very many calls on this number is mainly used for broadband

I'm sorry to see caller display isn't working. From what I can see it isn't active on our suppliers end.

I've placed an order to activate it now and it should start working tonight.
