I've just checked my most recent bill and noticed a call to 123.
I did not make this call as I don't have a landline phone plugged in and was at work that day at the time shown on my bill. Can you refund this charge please.

This is a very common problem it's Open Reach staff testing lines
Nothing seems to being done to stop it see below
