Call feature change, cart before horse! Or other applicable metaphor.

I don't read all of the post on these fora, so apologies if this has been mentioned before. While renewing my contracts I added caller display to my second line. I then got an email at 12:54 saying this was now complete, only to get an email at 13:25 saying you'd got my order and would email me when it was complete. But going by the first email it was already complete, so someone needs to look at the workflow of this procedure as something it evidently wrong.

I've not seen that happen before  Huh
I've flagged it up to the relevant people but I suspect it may be a one off.
