Call divert active, but not working

Hi. I added Call Divert to my phone package a couple of weeks ago and it shows as Currently Active on the website. Whenever I try to set up divert ie *61*number to divert to# All I get is a message saying the service is not available. Any ideas of how to fix this, please? Thanks!

I've placed an order to correct the call features on your account and think this should now be sorted.
