How to change from Plusnet Anytime £5.00 per month to Plusnet Line Only £0.00 per month on my phone account as I don't use call much. I rather to use as pay as you call. My next billing date is due on 22nd April this month.
I try live chat but someone saying I have to access my member account and change it myself!

Yes but if I do this, I will lose broadband discount automatically. Will I lose discount?
I just done it. I change product from Plusnet Anytime £5.00 per month to Plusnet Line Only £0.00 per month via online.
Hope that my broadband discount won't be affected?

Can I ask how you do this please?
When I log into the Member Centre and click Change My Product I get a single option which shows my curent overall plan. When I click Change This Package the following page only lists my broadband and has nothing about my call plan.
I want to change my call plan due to being ripped off by PlusNet and most of all due to the stinking and uncaring unhelpfulness of their Customer 'Service' dept.
I honestly believe they should change their motto from 'We'll Do You Proud' to simply 'We'll Do You'

Thanks Jim - I'm a little worried to do that as the box doesnt actually show the right product/price/contract and I'm worried that if I click that then it might change my broadband package.
As so far I have found PlusNet Customer Service to be completely unhelpful and useless I dont want to be in the situation of having to try to get them to change things to what was agreed - their record so far is abysmal and a total fail.
