CSV dates are in US format instead of UK

Since the new phone billing system started in September I have discovered that the "View Billed Calls - Export CSV" file shows the dates of calls in US format (ie MM/DD/YY) instead of UK (DD/MM/YY) that should be shown and was in the previous system.  Could the IT guys please change the CSV export to UK date format.  Curiously the Phone bill pdf does show the dates in UK format so maybe a little tweak required for the CSV...?

That seems odd.  It's exporting them correctly for me, though I had to go back a couple of months to find come calls!

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Sorry, ignore that.  Looking on a different account and I can see what you mean.
