BT Ansaphone not working since joining Plusnet

Plusnet have now managed to sort out my caller display and voicemail functions BUT I cannot use my own BT ansaphone.  If I disable my Plusnet ansaphone will my own BT version work?  I much prefer the BT version as I can see the light flashing when I come in and do not have to ring for messages.

I'd guess that your BT answer phone/machine is probably being 'beaten' to answering by Plusnet Voicemail - likely due to Plusnet's having a shorter set time/number of rings before 'answering' than your own phone/machine..

Assuming your BT phone/machine is all good working order - then yes, disabling your Plusnet Voicemail in your account settings/options should allow your calls to be picked up by your own phone/machine.
