Accidental voicemail removal..

While browsing my phone settings I must of accidentally pressed the option to remove it. Although I don't recall touching it at all, but anyway..can I retain it again after, say, a day or two. Have to say Plusnet were extremely quick off the mark to "help" me remove it. Couldn't there be an option after clicking to ask "are you sure"?

You should be able to make changes to the call features on here but if not, let me know and I will sort it for you. I will feed back your suggestion as well.

It says the order has to go through before any different changes can be done.

mine says the same too dabbler, it has done for a while, i think when i need to renew my broadband / landline early 2023 i have to phone them.

However it is frustrating not being able to do it online though.

Still can't change it.
