A few questions from a new customer

I've just signed up for Plusnet having been with BT for the last two years since moving home.
There are a few questions about my new service that I'd like to clear up:
1: When I first had the line activated by BT, I selected the option so that the line was ex-directory (to cut down on cold calls). Will plusnet add the number to any directories?
2: Previously with BT, if I wanted to use ringback it was charged on a per-use basis. Do plusnet offer this or would I have to pay monthly?

Your phone line should be Ex-Directory as default when it's transferred over to Plusnet. If you'd like us to check on this once the line has transferred over just give us a shout! Smiley
We do offer Ring Back that can be charged on a per-use basis as you stated you had with BT, this cost is 15p per use. Alternatively we can offer this at a monthly cost of £2.50pcm for unlimited use.
