1572 service cannot be connected

Hi,

I hope everyone is well.

I tried calling 1572 to add a spam caller number and it plays a message saying that it cannot be connected. Any help would be very much appreciated, thank you.

Hi @JayEs, I've had a look and it doesn't look like 1572 is active on your account. If you go here Call Features | Member Centre | Plusnet you can request it by placing an order for Plusnet Call Protect. 

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.

Hi @Gandalf I can see that the service is now active when I check online but when I try to use the service, I get the same service cannot be connected message, thanks.

I've made a change, try again in a couple hours - let us know how it goes.

I'm also getting 'this service cannot be connected' when I dial 1572. Help please.
