1572 service cannot be connected

Hi,
I hope everyone is well.
I tried calling 1572 to add a spam caller number and it plays a message saying that it cannot be connected. Any help would be very much appreciated, thank you.

Hi @JayEs, I've had a look and it doesn't look like 1572 is active on your account. If you go here Call Features | Member Centre | Plusnet you can request it by placing an order for Plusnet Call Protect.

Hi @Gandalf I can see that the service is now active when I check online but when I try to use the service, I get the same service cannot be connected message, thanks.

I've looked into this for you and can confirm that 1572 is on your account, but it is not on your line. I have placed an order to correct this, and it should be completed within 24 hours. Please let me know if the issue persists.

Glad to hear it worked. I have had a look at the orders placed on your account, and I can see our robot placed an order to remove the 1572 feature, and this was triggered by a request made on this ticket

It seems your robot is not very clever! All I did was change my mobile number not the landline so shouldn’t have affected the 1572 service.
