1571 still unavailable

According to the phone control panel this is active, but when I dial 1571 I get a BT recorded message saying that no messaging service is enabled.
Contacted a rep and they claimed to have solved it, but still not working.

Sorry to hear you're having issues with voicemail.
It doesn't look to be active on our suppliers systems so I've placed an order to add it now.
