Since around 4 weeks ago I've been getting timeout messages on Xfire

Some people have been telling me they've left messages I've not replied to either. I'm guessing I never received them as I reply to every message I receive that needs a response.
I did raise this issue with Plusnet a few weeks ago but due to real life issues I wasn't able to follow up on it and the ticket automatically closed. The Plusnet guys thought it was maybe down to other ISP's not prioritizing the traffic correctly.
I've now have had so many people tell me I've not replied to messages and seen the above message to 4 different people in recent days. 1 from the UK on Be, 2 from Holland and 1 from Sweden. Which suggests the problem is my end.
Before I raise the problem again is anyone else having problems with messages timing out on Xfire?
