Hi Shanksy, What router do you have. I have the BT Voyager 2110 that I got when I signed up with PN. On that router if you go to advanced settings/status/broadband line it tells you if interleaving is on or off. Hope this helps. bye the way what are your pings as a matter of interest?
Hi Shanksy, Interleaving hasn't actually been removed from your line and I'm really not sure why. I've placed an order to remove it now for you, which should be completed by tomorrow morning.
