Well it does look like uTorrent has been used is it just your mac on the network?
WPA-PSK is fine for your security, though you might consider changing your password.

well looks like someone has set up a port forward for it so it might well be worth deleting.
Definitely change your password, make sure uTorrent isn't installed on your wife's lappy.

if you utorrent is uploading every time your wife uses her laptop then that would account for the usage?

something is going on - I used a bandwidth monitor which shows at 18:36 there was 145.6mb down and 34.1mb up, now its showing 151.3mb down and 38.2mb up and all i have done is use this website - wife's lappy and xbox turned off!

what does your router show under attached devices?

i would surrgest using net limiter 2 freeware http://www.netlimiter.com/download.php to see which apps are using what bandwidth usage but i dont think there is mac version.
but have look for a monitor that spilts the usage bettween apps runing on the mac

when i try to delete the torrent doofer at the the router it is saying:
This service is used by the rules function, you can not edit/delete it! Please delete corresponding rules first.

there is an option called 'firewall rules' on the right hand navigation, it'll be under there.

so it does seem that your mac is the only thing online, though it isn't 100% accurate... there is a utorrent client for mac but it's in beta so I'm sure you'd know if you'd got that installed.
