Spent some time with my son on minecraft this afternoon and I understand his frustration. There seems to be an interruption to the connection at which point it drops him out of the game. He says this has been happening for a long time. Please can anyone suggest how to diagnose this problem? Other devices and applications don't seem to be so badly effected, though maybe you wouldn't notice if the connection dropped out briefly. How do you tell if it is Plusnet connection or something else? He is playing Minecraft on a pc running ubuntu.
