Hey, thanks for getting back to me again. The they were both around 80MB, but I just wonder if it could contain some valuable data? Unfortunately, I don't have the files here with me at work, I'd have to wait until i'm back home later before I could send anything. Understandably this probably won't be much use if you're still working 1 day p/w?

The guys you are interacting with on the ticket are doing the same thing I'd be doing.  The iPlayer capture at 9db shows quite a few problems, so it would be good to see if they are on the same level now at 12db.  I'm chatting with the faults guy who was looking at your ticket earlier now.

Hey @cmlcoughlin91.  Some changes were made to how we route traffic over the BT network on Monday.  Have you noticed any difference at all?

Hi @Kelly, I think Monday evening was the last time I tried things and they seemed pretty horrendous, hence I haven't tried since. I'll give it a shot tonight and see how it goes. Thanks, Chris.
