But personally it wont be any different .. i'm fine in the day i have No disconnects atall.. its perfect its just 7 till 11 its terrible .. I Would be happy to pay a little extra to avoid this problem. i've also heard interleaving turned off helps?  Thanks reply if you Can...

Have you checked the status of you exchange here http://usertools.plus.net/exchanges/
I know it's a little out of date but it shows my exchange as currently red and I have similar problems to yourself.

Re: FIFA 12 reply

You could ask for it to be done in this thread Wink and possibly a PN Digital Care member could see it tomorrow and place the order for you.
Could you post your router stats here.

Re: FIFA 12 reply

I means is it PC/XBOX/PS etc. Wink
Turning interleaving off probably won't help in this scenario and might make your line more unstable, but we can try it if you are sure.

Re: FIFA 12 reply

Hi there,
Not sure if these disconnections are down to you rebooting the router or not, but if they're not I would strongly recommend keeping interleaving on as without it the drops will happen more often:

I'd recommend making sure the router is plugged into the master socket and that everything else that's plugged into the phone line is done so through a microfilter, and if the line is stable for at least 72 hours then we'll look at turning interleaving off for you.
