I am trying to change the nat type on my ps4 from type 2 to open. I've read loads of stuff and tried it all but for some reason when I log in it doesn't let me modify any settings or change anything for it to work. The only thing I can change is the name of the port that's it

I'm not an expert in changing NAT types, but I'm fairly sure you'd do this through your router settings either using port forwarding or putting your PS4 into the DMZ. This article should assist, though I wouldn't recommend it as it may leave your home network vulnerable if you set the NAT to open/type 1. Is there any particular reason why you're wanting to open the NAT?
