There's no formal mechanism as such, which is why you'll see a number of threads in the forums with people's thoughts on various things.

I had the Zyxel in for less than 24 hours before returning to the Netgear - IMHO, it's not worth the hassle unless Zyxel can fix the bugs with a firmware upgrade.
