WiFi connection dropping after Full Fibre installation

Since Full Fibre installation two weeks ago my mobile phone and lap top keep dropping connection. We had no problems before the installation. Have tried Router reboot and reconnection button on router but without success. Any suggestions?

@JonathanG47 When you say they 'drop connection' - does the light on the Hub change colour at the same time?

Is it the same router as used before the upgrade ?
Has the position of the router changed ?

OK - assuming this is a Hub2, can you please navigate to the page below, click the 'Export' button and attach the resulting .csv file to a post.

@JonathanG47 Sorry - I didn't explain this very well. What I should have said is : On your machine, open the routers home page - then navigate to that screen, etc.

A final thought for today: @JonathanG47 Is the cable from the ONT plugged into the RED WAN port on the back of your Hub, or one of the yellow Ethernet ones?

After some trouble I have found the Hub page and attach the csv file.
The Ethernet cable is plugged into the red WAN port.

@JonathanG47 Apart from a couple of 'BOOT' and 'DIAGNOSTICS' entries in there which may indicate a Hub issue -although I doubt it - all I can see are your mobile devices doing a lot of 'roaming'
If @Dan_the_Van is around, he may be able to spot something.

You have around 9 devices connected two being ethernet.
I can see some of the devices dropping and reconnecting mainly on the 2.4GHz signal, the device with IP Address 192.168.1.184 being the one with the most drops, followed by DESKTOP-EDFAT2R.
It could be the wireless signal in the position you are using the devices wireless spectrum is a bit congested, so a change of channel might help
On the Hub navigate from the Home page to Advanced settings >Wireless
Click on the box which says Smart (Channel ) and change to Channel 11 to see if that improves the situation.
If is possible to force a Windows PC to prefer a to use either 2.4 or 5GHz
The setting is found using these keys Windows key +X then M
Select >Network adapters >Wireless device
