I joined PN a few months ago.
With my last ISP I was all copper from the exchange
and now I'm fibre to a green box and copper from there.
So, my questions are
1. Which Green Box am I connected to?
2. Can I find out?
3. Does it matter?
Fixed! Go to the fix.

it doesn't matter, as long as it works.

You will be on the same copper from the cabinet as before. Whether it is "any good" is more easily guestimated by providing your modem-router stats, as the sync rate and SNRM values are a more reliable indication.

FTTC is VDSL as opposed to your old service of ADSL.
With the latter it is the distance from your house to the Exchange which matters - with VDSL it is the distance from your house to the Cabinet.
Look at the VDSL results for details on your line. It shows a "good" line (A) and an "impacted" line (B) which gives an indication of what speeds you should expect.. You don't say what your actual speed is.

How are you running these tests, wired or wifi? And what are you using to test?
A copy of the sync speeds from the helpdesk tab of the troubleshooting area of the router would help with diagnosis.

@Mustrum wired to a Windows 10 desktop PC.
I just did the whole checking system and found a microfilter might be part of the problem as when replaced it went from 5mbps to 20mbps, which is what I normal get on my line (up to 35mbps).
I think I will replace all the microfilters tomorrow.
