Very slow internet

Normally the internet for me would be around 80 mbps - 100. now its literally under 10 and its been like that for the past 2 hours. The wifi is so horrible this happens so often. This issue occurs every week for very long periods of time. Ive restarted my router around 4 times now and no changes.

@Michael199 From your quoted 'usual' speeds, I am guessing you are on FTTP (Full Fibre). If so, have you noticed any change in either the ONT or Hub lights when this slow-down occurs?

Would it be correct to assume that this is a wireless connection? If so, what is the speed when connected over an Ethernet cable?
