Using LAN cables with Full Fibre

Comes in the box with the Hub 2 router. At least, it always used to!

So I have had the Full Fibre installed and have the new router and Ethernet cable with a red end, and I just set it up myself as I didn't receive the new router before the engineer came to install the full fibre. And here I cannot access BBC iPlayer using an Ethernet cable off the new router. Any suggestions?  The notification I get on the TV screen is: App not available and it is the same for Channel 4 and 5, but I can get YouTube and Amazon Prime.

I've fixed it!

I looked on the BBC iPlayer troubleshooting page and it suggested turning off the TV completely and restarting it - and that has fixed it!   I should have remembered that one - restarting things. So no need for replies.
