Upgrading to full fibre from fibre

I have 9 months left on my existing plusnet fibre contract and have signed up for full fibre. Do I have to start a new 24 months or does the time left on my existing contract continue? There seems to be conflicting information about this on
FAQ. Also, do I have to cancel my current contract and will there be an early termination fee?

Re: Upgrading to full fibre from fibre

@Helen9

You do agree a new contract when you place a Full Fibre order. The length and terms are whatever you're offered and accept.

There are no early termination fees. You need to do nothing but be there when the FF install takes place.

The only change is you lose your landline. If this matters then you need to consider an independant VOIP supplier.

@Helen9 Do I have to start a new 24 months or does the time left on my existing contract continue? - The Full Fibre is on a new contract.

Also, do I have to cancel my current contract and will there be an early termination fee? No, the start of your FF  contract will automatically cancel the FTTC one, and there are no ETC's to pay.
